Terms of Service

Who we are

Suchness is operated by Pachua LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("Suchness", "we", "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and Pachua LLC.

The service

Suchness is a marketplace where practitioners, hosts, and guides ("creators") list sessions, experiences, courses, memberships, and communities, and where participants discover and book them. Creators are independent — they are not employed by or agents of Suchness.

Your account

You need an account to book or list offerings. Keep your sign-in methods (email, phone) secure — you’re responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

Bookings and payments

Payments made through Suchness are processed by Stripe. When you book, you agree to the price, and the refund policy the creator states at checkout. Suchness charges creators a platform fee depending on their plan; participants pay what’s shown at checkout — no hidden fees.

Payments made directly to a host

Some offerings show an amount that guests pay the host directly, outside Suchness. We show that amount so you know the full cost. We do not collect, hold, refund or protect it, and it is not covered by any Suchness cancellation or refund. Any question about it is between you and the host.

Controlled substances

Nothing charged through Suchness may include a controlled substance. Hosts are responsible for what is lawful where they operate, and confirm this when they publish an offering. We may remove a listing or close an account that breaks this rule.

Refunds and cancellations

Each offering states its refund policy at checkout, set by the creator. If something goes wrong — a cancelled retreat, a dispute, a serious problem — contact us and a person on our team will help mediate and, where fair, refund.

Creator terms

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, holding the qualifications they claim, complying with laws that apply to their practice (including any licenses or insurance), and honoring the bookings they accept. Payouts follow your Stripe account’s payout schedule once funds clear. Your client relationships and content are yours: if you leave, we’ll help you take your client list, bookings history, and forms with you.

Connected services

You can connect other services to Suchness, such as Google Calendar. When you do, you allow us to use that connection as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can disconnect at any time from your settings or from the other service. Suchness stays the record for your bookings: changing or deleting a Suchness event in your own calendar doesn’t change the booking, so make changes in Suchness. Your use of a connected service is also subject to that service’s own terms.

Content

You keep ownership of everything you publish. You grant Suchness a limited license to host and display your content so the platform can function. Don’t publish content you don’t have rights to.

What’s not welcome

We remove content and accounts that cross clear lines:

• Medical claims that promise cures, or advice presented as a substitute for professional medical care.
• Harassment, hate, or exploitation of vulnerable participants.
• Misrepresenting qualifications, lineage, or experience.
• Spam or pyramid-shaped recruiting.
• Moving the price of an offering off Suchness to avoid fees, including listing it as free while the price is paid directly. A cost shown on the offering as paid to the host directly is allowed.

Wellness disclaimer

Offerings on Suchness are not medical care. Nothing on the platform is a diagnosis, treatment, or substitute for professional medical advice. Participate within your own limits and consult a professional where appropriate.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suchness provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of creators or participants. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — when we do, we’ll name the line that was crossed. Sections that by their nature survive (liability, content licenses for completed transactions) survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. For material changes we’ll give notice before they take effect; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
